50 % of Heat Wave Shooting Completed

Director Mohamed Yassin announced that the new TV series, Heat Wave, has completed 50% of its shooting. Produced by WIKA for Film Production and Distribution, the new drama is planned to screen in Ramadan this year.
WIKA has also announced the launch of an official Facebook page and website for Heat Wave www.wikafilm.com/heatwave, and also revealed new exclusive images of Mohamed Yassin and Rania Youssef from the making of the new TV series.
Based on a novel by prolific writer Osama Anwar Okasha titled, Munkhafad Al Hind Al Mawsemi, Heat Wave is directed by Mohamed Yassin, Dramatic treatment by Mariam Naoum in collaboration with a writing team, and co-produced by WIKA for Film Production and Distribution, O3 Productions, a subsidiary company of MBC Group, and director Mohamed Yassin. Planned to be premiered this coming Ramadan, Heat Wave is the final title given to the new TV series.
The new drama stars Eyyad Nassar, Khaled Selim, Rania Youssef, Dorra, Sayyed Ragab, Ma'aly Zayid, Hala Fakher, Medhat Saleh, Hana Shiha, Jihan Fadel, Dina El Sherbini, Seba Mubarak and Ayida Abdel Aziz.
Heat Wave is the first TV series produced by WIKA for Film Production and Distribution after producing a number of successful feature films, documentaries and TV shows. The company has recently produced Harag W' Marag, a feature film by Nadine Khan. The film's world premiere was in Dubai International Film Festival in 2012, where it won the Special Jury Award.
