In contrast with the capital, buildings in that district are quite new, to the extent that you feel they have no past, no historic importance, culturally poor and of no political value. They seem to be neutral spaces where residents create their own personalities. WIKA produced the video of the presentation in 2007 that was under the supervision of Sherif Al Azama.
